What happens when I sign up for Angreal?

You create an account with an email and password — no credit card. Then you connect your Meta, Google, and Shopify accounts via standard OAuth and Angreal backfills your history: at least a year per platform. You start on the Starter feature set and upgrade whenever you're ready.

How long does Angreal setup take?

Plan for about 15 minutes of clicking — one OAuth flow per platform — then a few hours while Angreal backfills your history. Connect at night and your first dashboard is ready by morning.

Your platform data lives in an isolated AWS database. Angreal never shares it, sells it, or trains models on it, and nothing from your account is ever shown to another customer.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The software is month-to-month with no contract — email hello@angreal.co and it's cancelled the same day.

Terms of service · Angreal

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Angreal marketing analytics platform operated by Angreal, LLC ("Angreal," "we," "us") at angreal.co and app.angreal.co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Angreal on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

Angreal aggregates advertising and commerce data from platforms you connect (such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Klaviyo) and provides dashboards, analytics, benchmarks, forecasts, recommendations, and automation tools. Analytics outputs — including AI-generated insights, attribution models, media mix models, and budget recommendations — are estimates provided for decision support, not guarantees of advertising performance. You remain responsible for decisions made in your ad accounts.

3. Your Accounts and Connected Platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Angreal credentials. When you connect a third-party platform via OAuth, you authorize Angreal to access that platform's data on your behalf under that platform's terms. By default Angreal reads your data; features that modify campaigns (such as campaign creation, auto-pause rules, or applying budget changes) act only when you or a rule you configured explicitly triggers them, and are subject to approval workflows where enabled. You may disconnect a platform at any time from the Integrations page.

4. Plans, Billing, and Trials

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you connect to Angreal. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your account's data to train AI models. Aggregate, anonymized statistics (such as industry benchmark percentiles) may be computed across customers only in cohorts large enough that no individual business is identifiable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the service or access it with automated means outside the documented API; resell access without an Agency plan or written agreement; upload data you lack rights to; attempt to breach security or rate limits; or use the service to violate any law or third-party platform terms.

7. Availability and Support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Third-party platform outages, API changes, or data delays can affect the service. Support is provided by email at hello@angreal.co.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angreal's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or advertising performance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we delete or de-identify your connected platform data within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@angreal.co.
